The registration form is only for initial email-based registration, not the final onboarding. Once the basic details are submitted, our team will review and verify with the channel manager, and later contact you for final onboarding. The hotel will be listed only after confirmation.

There is no paperwork involved. We do not require lengthy contracts or administrative procedures, allowing hotels to move forward independently without policy or administrative complexity.

At the time of booking, the guest pays only a small platform fee, while the due room rate is paid directly to the hotel at check-in. Hotels are solely responsible for collecting the due room rate from guest.

There is no settlement process, no TAC deductions, no TDS/GST billing for other party, or any financial reconciliation between the hotel and the OTA. However, we do provide a fair cancellation and no-show compensation model to protect blocked inventory.

Unlike traditional OTA models, Trip Agent eliminates financial settlement complexities between hotels, platforms, and travelers, reducing 80–90% of operational activities, risks, and costs.

Hotels can list with B2B or BAR rates. B2B rates always position the hotel at the base value in the market, and as an OTA, we commit not to add any unnecessary or hidden markups that manipulate the final booking price. The settlement policy will remain the same for BAR rates, and any TAC discount rate will be transparently displayed to the guest.
