This Privacy Policy sets out the manner in which Tfifc Technologies Private Limited, having its place of business at F01/02, Salcon Rasvillas, D1, Saket District Centre, Sector 6, New Delhi, Delhi 110017 (“Glovgen”, or “We”, or “Us” or “TFIFC”), collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from the users of mobile (“You”, or “Your”, or “User”). This Privacy Policy applies to Glovgen’s mobile (“Platform” or “Services' or “Glovgen'), and services offered by Tfifc in connection with the Platform. By using or by registering Your profile with the Platform and/or by using Services offered in connection with the Platform, You are consenting to the use, collection, transfer, storage, disclosure and other uses of Your information in the manner set out in this Privacy policy. This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act of 2000 read along with its relevant rules including Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and amendments if any. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains our practices concerning the personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not use the Platform. This privacy policy is subject to the Platform’s Terms of Service.

If You do not agree with any of the provisions of this Privacy Policy, You may not download, install and/or use the Platform and/or Services. Tfifc may revise, alter, add, amend or modify this Privacy Policy at any time by updating this page. By updating, downloading, installing and/or continuing to access/use this Platform, You agree to be bound by any such alteration, amendment, addition or modification. By accessing, downloading, or using the website or the allied mobile application, Glovgen (Application) you agree to be governed by this Privacy Policy.

1. Privacy of Users

Tfifc takes the privacy of its users seriously and exercises its best efforts to protect their private data/information. Tfifc endeavours to provide a secure and reliable environment for using its Platform and Services. Any private information collected by Tfifc from You will be used only in accordance with this Privacy Policy provided hereunder. This Privacy Policy sets out what information Tfifc collects from You, how that information may be used, how the information will be protected, and what choices You have as a user. You are advised to read the policy carefully and provide Your consent only if You agree with the terms of the Policy.

2. Information we connect at time of registration

When you choose to register on the Application, we will seek certain identifiers which qualify as personal data (as defined at law), and some of these identifiers will have to be mandatorily collected, and some will have to be collected only upon your discretion, and consent.

Glovgen App completes users registration in two steps

1. Users initiate the registration process by providing their mobile number.
2. In case users opt for ‘Docufied’ where users need to authenticate with Digilocker through a secure navigation process in that we verify whether the same is authenticating of Docufied.  
   

Not sharing the requisite data may lead to certain features being restricted, unavailable, or unusable.

3. Information shared by Users for “Docufied”

Glovgen collects and utilises information you provide to us and uses this information to enable the functionality on the Glovgen mobile application. When you authenticate with Digilocker, we require (at a minimum) mobile number. Authentication with Digilocker is done by Digilocker for Glovgen through a secure navigation process. After authentication and users give explicit consent for documents they want to keep for Unified identification and verification for Docufied, In process we collect users documents fully encrypted method and mobile number, name, email & images has correct authenticate. In this process, ensuring that users remain anonymous.

4. Docufied

Glovgen has partnered with DigiLocker to provide digital documentation services. This partnership governs the access and usage of the Glovgen DigiLocker service. The Glovgen DigiLocker System enables effortless and secure documents Unified identification and verification. Through Glovgen DigiLocker, users can authenticate and log in to their DigiLocker account in accordance with DigiLocker’s terms.

If users wish to sign up for a DigiLocker account, they must provide their personal mobile number. Subsequently, they may link their account with an Aadhaar number for authentication purposes. As part of Aadhaar authentication, the user's eKYC details are collected and associated with their DigiLocker account. In this process, users must comply with DigiLocker’s independent privacy and terms.

Using Glovgen DigiLocker authentication, users can select documents for verification purposes through Glovgen. We recommend using Aadhaar card, PAN card, Driving License, and passport for unified identification and verification. With the user's consent, these documents are retained with end-to-end encryption in Glovgen. Users can manage permissions, deciding who can view their documents and have the liberty to share their documents with organizations at their discretion. The responsibility for sharing documents with requesters or other entities lies solely with the user, as the Glovgen service system merely facilitates the sharing of documents.

In terms of transparency and choice, Glovgen allows users to view and analyze their activity logs. The Glovgen account holder is solely responsible for all self-uploaded documents. At no point is the account holder allowed to share or perform any act that may violate the terms and conditions of the Glovgen service, the privacy policy, the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, or any other applicable law.
The personal and usage information collected may be shared with other organizations if the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology believes in good faith that access, use, preservation, or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to: meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request; detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues, as well as investigate potential violations; or protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of the Glovgen service, other users, or the public as required or permitted by law.

5. Services
   
   Information from your use of our Services – Glovgen is a thoughts and opinions platform and its features allow you to customise your content feeds based on your deletes. We do not store any information contained in the SMSes. This service helps us to make the Glovgen App more relevant and engaging for you. When you use our Services, we may collect the following information automatically: Content of the Glovgen (text);  
   
   
6. Survey

We may collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback(s), modify your content or email preferences, respond to surveys, provide comments, or communicate with us. This information may include your name, e-mail id, PAN Number, DOB, mobile number, etc. and only such information that you may choose to specifically provide to us.

7. Utilisation of information
   
   

1. Tfifc does not sell, trade, or rent Your personally identifiable information collected by Tfifc to third parties except as provided in this Policy. Tfifc may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personally identifiable information, regarding visitors and Users with Tfifc’s business associates, partners, contractors, affiliates and advertisers.
2. At times, Tfifc may be required by law or litigation to disclose personal information about the Users. Tfifc may also disclose information about the Users if Tfifc determines that for national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance that disclosure of the information is necessary.
3. Tfifc reserves the right to transfer the Personal Information of users to another party as a result of a business partnership, contractual engagement, merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of Tfifc's assets to another party, and under such a circumstance, the provisions of this privacy policy will continue to apply unless You are notified otherwise.
4. Part of the Platform or the Services may contain advertising information or promotion material, or other material submitted to the Tfifc by third parties. Responsibility for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the platform complies with applicable law is exclusively on the party providing the information/material. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. Before relying on any advertising material, you should independently verify its relevance for your purpose and should obtain appropriate professional advice. We shall not be responsible nor liable for any loss or claim that you may have against an advertiser or any consequential damages arising on account of your relying on the contents of the advertisement.
5. Tfifc may combine Your personal and other information across the Platform and Services in order to provide offers, promotions and information that is most relevant to Your interests, likes and/or preferences. Tfifc may also combine information You share with TFifc on the Platform and with respect to Services with information You have provided to third parties, who have been authorised by You to share the information with us, for providing content, advertising, promotions, and offers, and for improving User experience on the Platform and Services. Eterno may share Your information with third parties, who have Your information, and who are authorised to combine information.
   

8. Disclosure Of Information
   
   

1. When your desired products and services can only be provided if your personal information is disclosed. When we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or, investigate fraud or crime;
2. If we (or our affiliates) are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets or equity. Such information shall be disaggregated to the extent possible and shall be subject to execution of appropriate non disclosure agreements and binding privacy undertakings.
3. We will never rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others.

9. User Rights On Traffic

1. We want to ensure that you are fully empowered on the Tfitc platform and are completely aware of the rights that you are entitled to in the course of using our platform. You have a number of rights in relation to the information we hold about you.
2. The right to access the information we hold about you, and to obtain details of the processing. You also have the right to access a list of all the third parties that have your Personal Information through us.
3. The right to seek, correct, update and modify the information available with us, to ensure accuracy.
4. The right to seek to cancel or erase, free of charge, your personal data when it is inadequate, excessive, or unnecessary. This shall be subject to lawful processing measures and any legal prescriptions.
5. The right to withdraw your consent to our continued processing of the information, at any point of time, subject only to any legitimate reason for continued processing in certain circumstances.
6. The right to seek from us your personal data to be provided to another service provider, in a machine-readable format that we use at the time the request was made.
7. You may exercise any of these rights by filling out the request form at our Reporting and Redressal page.This shall be subject to the legal requirements, and our internal procedure.

10. How Long Will Your Personal Information Be Stored

In relation to other Personal Information, we store them for certain predetermined periods on the basis of statutory and legal requirements, industry guidelines and de-identified or pseudonymised data sets to be used in an aggregated format for scientific, statistical or historical purposes. We retain the information which we have collected for a period no longer than is necessary, and as may be required in law. If we need to retain your Personal Information for a longer period, we will inform you prior to the extension of the storage period and seek your explicit consent to extend the retention period. We will delete your information whenever you request us to do so. However, we may archive and/or retain some information for legal purposes. Any other information which is processed by us for analytical purposes, will only be processed in an aggregated or non-identifiable basis.

11. Opting Out

You can always opt out of our Services or choose not to disclose information to us at any time. However, keep in mind that some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our special features. By providing limited information, or by availing the opt-out provision, you may not be able to access full functionalities of our Services and Application, and some features may be disabled for your access.

We reserve the right to continue to keep a copy of any of your Personal Information if required by law. We may use any aggregated/anonymised data derived from your account, in a matter which shall not infringe upon your privacy.

12. Account Deletion
    
    At Glovgen, we value your privacy and want to ensure that your experience with our platform is both safe and secure. If you decide to delete your account, here's what you need to know: What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
    
    Display Name, Member ID, and Public Profile: Your display name, member ID, and public profile will no longer be visible on Glovgen, Glovgen for iOS, or Android. This means that other users will not be able to see your profile information on the platform.
    
    Data Removal:All data associated with your Glovgen account will be permanently removed from our servers. This includes any information you have shared on your profile, messages, bookings, and any other data related to your account.

13. Account Restoration
    
    If you accidentally or wrongfully deactivate your account, you can restore it within 30 days of deactivation. This means that you can regain access to your account and all associated data if you change your mind about deleting your account.
    
    To delete your account, please follow these steps:
    

1. Log in to your Glovgen account.
2. Go to your app settings.
3. Select the option to delete your account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion of your account.
   

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any important information or data before deleting your account.

14. The Security Of Your Information

Specifically, we will ensure that the security infrastructure put in place by us to safeguard your Personal Information against loss, unauthorised access, destruction, use, processing, storage, modification or de-anonymisation, will at all times be adherent to the best industry standards. We restrict access to personal information to Company employees, contractors, and agents who need that information in order to process it. Anyone with this access is subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
